  1. Ron Arnold says:

How can you have left Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure out of this list?

  2. Brad says:

the Stargate Continuum film isnt a sequel to the original film, its basically a feature length episode from the SG:1 tv series. Its still a good film to watch, but viewers might get confused with some of the characters and references to the series if they were expecting just a direct sequel .

This list is null and void

The fact that you included Land of The Lost, which has been critically panned worldwide AND you used a movie with Vinnie Jones as the lead makes me believe that you have in fact not seen any of these movies and that you actually just typed ‘time travel movies’ into google and posted the first 20 that showed up.

This list could have been significantly better if it was just the top five and you included movies such as 12 Monkeys, Primer and Back to the Future. Also, you didn’t include Donnie Darko which means you probably know nothing about the time travel genre.

You sir, are a fail whale.

    Good day to you

  5. lonnie says:

I can’t believe you did not include the time machine by H.G.Wells. Really Time Bandits and Army of Darkness makes the list?

  6. Steven says:

Great list. I would add Donnie Darko and maybe the butterfly affect.

  7. Jakounezumi says:

I would like to also nominate Langoliers, granted, they travel about 15 seconds into the past but that still that counts :) awesome movie.

  8. 'Nuffsaid says:

Thanks for the list. I have seen 6 out of the 20.
I am pleased you mentioned ‘Slipstream’, its often not mentioned, and it isn’t too bad.

On a personal note I really liked the movie Frequency, starring Danny Quaid.
